  • Who buys my STCs and when can I sell them?

    Habitat Energy is the authorised STC agent that will purchase the STC and Battery STC's. The account holder can choose to sell the STC's at the time the job is completed on the platform or sell them when the CER approves the job. The choice is yours.

  • What happens when CER rules change?

    The platform updates automatically. Your checklists, photo requirements, and declaration templates always reflect the current CER ruleset. You do not need to manage template versions.

  • Can installers use it offline on site?

    Yes. The native iOS and Android field app is fully offline-capable. Installers complete checklists, capture photos, and scan serials without a signal. Everything syncs back to the dashboard when they reconnect.
